I know this seems ‘out there’ but there was a Jane Doe found in Cincinnati 5/31/18. Height and weight estimates are off but Kelly has a very unique look and so does the JD recon.

The JD description of circumstances and clothing is odd and is reminiscent of someone that may have been at some sort of facility prior to being found.

It might be worth exploring further to see if Kelly may have had any contacts in the Ohio area.

In reviewing the Jane Doe thread (UP50691], there is a closeup shown of her teeth and they clearly do not match Kelly Amore’s teeth And the second recon is completely different so scratch this one.
