So, how do they know who did it? How do you think? HE FILMED HIMSELF DOING IT! I actually think he may have livestreamed it. His excuse? "You (expletive deleteds) don't pay us enough!"

This was a 1 million square foot facility with 20 employees that has been destroyed, and thankfully there were no injuries.

I do know that Ontario, CA is a VHCOL area. Can't afford to live somewhere? MOVE! I realize that can be much easier said than done, but I get the impression that the arsonist was single, which would make it less complicated.

Things like this are the reason insurance premiums are so costly, and adjusters can throw roadblocks into paying claims.
