I wonder if Bradford murdered her. More than half of women in killer’s photos alive

Can't tell if the very tiny details are accurate due to the quality of the photo but from what I see they look alike. Articles mentioned that one if the photos is likely to be a "15-year-old girl missing for years". I wonder if they were talking about this.

She was seen talking to an unknown man... it's very common to read that on this website... overconfidence always goes further... a 15 year old girl still doesn't know what she's doing or who she's messing with... her family? Where was she? If she went with that man it would only be for a while before the guy got bored of her or she ran away due to mistreatment or a bad and miserable life... most likely she's dead, I don't think she'll last long like that...
I hope her final moment wasn't so painful...
