***AT-RISK MISSING PERSON***

Koy Kouang Saechao, 53 years old, 4’11,”100 pounds, black hair, brown eyes, last seen wearing a black shirt and gray pants near her home in Antelope on July 31st, and has not returned home.

Detectives recently learned new information from family members regarding a traumatic brain injury Koy suffered causing memory loss, and have re-classified her status to an at-risk missing person.

The Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help to locate an at-risk missing woman who has not been seen in nearly a week.

I'm surprised that an Endangered Advisory wasn't issued immediately after the missing report was filed. She experiences memory loss caused by a TBI, and surely that would have qualified her.

The California Highway Patrol has issued an endangered missing person advisory for a woman who was last seen more than a week ago in Sacramento County, authorities said Thursday. The CHP issued the alert on behalf of the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office for Koy Saechao, 53, reportedly last seen around 1 p.m. July 31 near Ashbourne Drive and Marconi Avenue in Arden Arcade.
