The Lorain County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a missing 48-year-old woman.

She is local to some of my family members. I will send this to them and ask them to spread the word.

I wish we knew who the person they indicated saw her last is.

I thought they’d have found her by now. I hate that she’s still missing. I hope she’s found soon, hopefully alive.

I am going to assume she doesn't drive. Is she able to Uber. It looks like there may be stores within walking distance. Were the doors to the home locked? Were there other people at home since that was the last place she was seen. Seems like it would be easy to find her but missing since January 6th?!

My aunt went missing in Jan 2019 a few days after her boyfriend was put into the ICU for being severely beaten up. She was considered a missing person until she was found frozen and deceased floating in a blocked sewer drain of ice in her directly next door neighbors front yard next to the street a month later. Which supposedly had been checked by cadaver dogs, drones, as well as family members and police officers searching. The autopsy that was done says she died from hypothermia. I do not believe she was in the yard next door for a whole month while no one seen her and her boyfriend for more than 20yrs was in the ICU. It just does not add up to me. She had a fall a few years before she went missing and had some issues with remembering but not enough to just go missing and not know her name or location. People hear brain damage and think the worst possible and that the person is now helpless. I do not feel like the detectives even took the case seriously or even looked into anything. Her boyfriend later died from complications from the severe beating he never came close to recovering.
