So far I couldn't find anything on him. Not a Facebook account nor arrest record nor anything. I don't even know if he is originally from CA or if he lived in other states or what.

He looks like the type to keep an alias or 2.

I learned today that the perp was to be arraigned today, but (as we know) that sometimes changes. I have bookmarked the Superior Court website so that I can track hearing and trial dates.

Hi. I'm sorry yr friend is caught up in all this. And the Navy will make sure the wheels keep turning on the case cuz civvy cases tend to be long dragged out affairs.
It's a case of wrong time wrong place. And I'm sure forensics can establish who was where at whatever time give or take. As they'd fought prior to this. They'd of both had dna transfers from each other. Thing is. Is there a third set of dna.... or more?
Thing is the more science and lab stuff the Csi has to go thru. The more time it will take especially if they don't do it 'on station' n it gets sent to a main lab.. I hope you hear something soon.
