Taking a look at the base of the mtn you see the SAT was carved into the rock mimicking the shape of the trails, roads, and the property lines.

You also notice that the mtn has a large M by the trail...the police were tipped off to the mountain with the P on it...but that comes into play in a minute....

Walking up the trail you get to a bend in the trail, and it shows another sign that was found on the card, and on the carving as well are found in the tree, matching the look of the hatchet that is hidden in the drawing. The card shows that we are looking for bones in the woods.

Noticing the mtns both had letters on them I held them side by side to compare the search area with the new location with the M on the mtn....

Noticing the other location with the Kern seemed to point here, and the SAT was found on the ground from above, so we check the top of the trail for another carving.

Looking down from the top is the image of an "Angel" watching over the mtn. The school is called Mission San Luis Obispo, and the other mtn named Bissett, I remember that she was abducted on 5/25 and look to Ezekiel 25 - "The Path of the Righteous man is BESET on all sides".........the phrase ends with "the finder of lost children". The clues being somewhat Satanic and encrypted by a group that was known years ago, there seems to be a common theme to this one.

So many clues that all lead to this one mtn. and from the base looking up they seem to be exactly the same

So taking the aerial view when seeing the letter P line up with a valley on the new location I see the final mark in the ground. It was somewhat faint, but you can see human activity is sparse in this one valley where it appears that the card shows is an important location.

The evidence makes it clear that Kristin was dead in Paul Flores's dorm room. The entire Cal Poly campus was swept by cadaver dogs, and those dogs hit on one and only one place: Paul Flores's mattress.

Details of Disappearance
Smart was a freshman architecture major at California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly) in San Luis Obispo, California in 1996. She departed from an off-campus party and headed for her dormitory at approximately 1:30 and 2:00 a.m. on May 25, 1996. At the party, Smart was acting as if she was intoxicated or under the influence of drugs. When she left the gathering, she was having trouble walking.

Smart was accompanied by a female acquaintance and another student from the university, Paul R. Flores, when she left the party. Photos of Flores are posted with this case summary. He was a food science major at Cal Poly in 1996. Smart apparently met Flores at the party earlier in the evening. Her friend separated from Smart and Flores at the intersection of Perimeter Road and Grand Avenue on the college campus.

Flores allegedly told Smart's friend that he would see Smart to her home. She was last seen walking north on Grand Avenue with Flores, towards Muir Hall, her dormitory. Smart has never been heard from again. She was not carrying any identification, cash or personal belongings at the time she vanished.

Flores was reportedly seen with a black eye later in the day on May 25. When questioned about Smart's whereabouts by authorities, Flores claimed that he continued walking to his own dormitory and last saw Smart on Grand Avenue shortly after her other friend departed.

Flores told several different stories to law enforcement regarding how he received his injury. At one time he claimed he had hurt his eye playing basketball with a friend, but the friend told authorities Flores had had the bruise when he arrived at the game. When confronted with the lie, Flores changed his story and told police he had hurt his eye while working on a truck at his father's home. He allegedly told another friend that he did not know how he got the black eye and that he "just woke up with it."

Smart's roommate contacted police later in the morning of May 25, worried because Smart had not returned to her dormitory. The roommate had been at the room the night Smart was last seen, and never saw her get back home. Her clothing, toiletries, cosmetics, medicine and identification were left undisturbed in her room; there is no evidence that she made it back there.

Authorities refused to take the missing persons report for four days, because Smart disappeared on Memorial Day weekend and college students often take impromptu vacations at that time. Smart's parents have criticized authorities for not getting involved in the case sooner, saying they probably lost valuable evidence because of it. Police admit the delay hampered the investigation.

Flores dropped out of Cal Poly shortly after Smart disappeared. He had been making very poor grades and was in danger of failing out of the university, and he had also gotten arrested for driving while intoxicated and lost his driver's license. He removed his belongings from his dormitory room at Santa Lucia Hall prior to a search of the premises by law enforcement. Cadaver dogs utilized by authorities led them to Flores's mattress in his former room during the investigation, but no additional evidence was located at the time.

Investigators have repeatedly questioned Flores regarding Smart's case since 1996, but he has invoked his Fifth Amendment rights and refused to answer. They offered him a plea deal where he would plead guilty to involuntary manslaughter and reveal the location of Smart's body in exchange for a six-year prison term, but he refused the offer. Flores is the prime and only suspect in Smart's disappearance, but authorities do not have enough evidence at their disposal to charge him in the case.

The Smart family has persisted in their efforts to get investigators to come up with evidence against Flores. A friend of the Smarts, Dennis Mahon, has published a website which gives Flores's address and tracks him whenever he changes residences. The Flores family has a restraining order against him and he was jailed at least once for violating it. In 2005, Flores's mother and her boyfriend sued Smart's parents and Mahon, alleging harassment, severe emotional distress and lost income as a result of their behavior.

Smart's case is open and unsolved. Her family held a memorial service for her in May 2001, and again in June 2003. She was declared dead in May 2002. Smart's family attempted to pursue a civil suit against Flores for Smart's wrongful death, but dropped the case in 1996 after Flores pleaded his Fifth Amendment rights during the proceedings. Smart's family has since revived the suit, which has yet to go to trial. They continue to place pressure on Flores to speak to authorities regarding any possible knowledge he may have about their daughter's disappearance.

Flores has no record of violent crimes, but has been charged with drunk driving three times since Smart disappeared, in addition to the charge from before she vanished. People who knew him while he was a student at Cal Poly stated he drank heavily in 1996 and had a tendency to become obnoxious when intoxicated, and that he was not popular with the other students.

In 2003, suggestions were made that Scott Peterson might be linked to Smart. Scott Peterson's wife, Laci, disappeared on Christmas Eve 2002, and her torso was found in the Pacific Ocean in May 2003. Scott was later convicted of murdering her. Both Laci and Scott Peterson attended Cal Poly; they were seniors at the school when Smart disappeared. Police investigated possible ties between Scott Peterson and Smart and announced that there was nothing to link him to Smart's disappearance.

Smart is described as friendly and generous. She is a competitive swimmer and had traveled to many places, including Hawaii and South America, prior to her disappearance. She had originally enrolled at the University of California at Santa Barbara, but transferred to Cal Poly early in her freshman year. Her case remains unsolved. Foul play is suspected due to the circumstances involved.

The missing context clues in Breaker's posts are letters written by the Zodiac killer beginning in 1969 and ending around 1974.

The FBI just did another search at PL’s moms house. Which was after the Smarts were allegedly told something was going to happen. The search could of been what that call the Smarts received was about. I drove by the house during the search. I live close by obviously lol They removed many items. I also knew PL from around town. This area is small. Most of us here have unfortunately believed she’s been dead since she went missing. All these years most locals feel she is buried in the backyard of Susan’s house. The only other possibility that I’ve heard of allegedly by Paul. Is that she was put in the ocean. Either one are strong possibilities. If they could just dig up the yard that question would be answered.

I don’t know one person who lives in slo and hikes those trails instead- especially when Kristin has no car. Also, it’s the complete opposite direction of Paul’s family homes. Why would they dump her there when there’s SO MANY places near them? I’m not sure LE will put any weight in this

You still have Law Enforcement digging on a random hill without a single lead so who is the problem?

Your presumption that the cadaver dogs were able to come up with a hit shows the "only evidence" is in his room is a joke and a speculation drummed up by using the media to sensationalize the case.

You telling me that they smelled something in his room and that proves that she was even there?

Then you are telling me that there was no bloody crime scene, but the dogs told you that she was murdered by him in his room?

Then you are telling me that the woman being 6'1" tall, was picked up and moved, and then buried in the mother's backyard some miles away in another town nearby?

All within a short time period without anyone seeing anything at the school campus, or in the neighborhood near the mother's house?

This is nothing but a suspicion that was drummed up and turned into a popular media sensation......who invented the theory that it was in his mother's backyard?

How many people are all threatening the suspect together in a glee club without spending a single second out searching for her?

Also Ozoner, the suspicion that I have raised to the family is that she was out hiking a trail and was murdered. They even said that she was active, and that it was one of their suspicions as well, seeing that they could not find anything on the campus, it makes a lot of sense that she would be off campus somewhere nearby.

What cards are you talking about?

I am talking about the older 4Pi Cults that were active on University's Campuses like Stanford, and I am talking about one person that has fantasized about killing people numerous times, taunting police throughout decades of correspondences, letters, cards, and other media that he has crafted around his own "treasure maps" leading to the remains of other victims.

The 4Pi cult was spawned in San Francisco by a specific person who was known to be both tied to Law Enforcement, the DoD/US Military, and was connected to high ranking officials in the govt at the time.

I am not calling these "Zodiac" because IMO the name Zodiac was only part of their organization's use of star maps and embedded constellations in a few of their ciphers, as the majority of the holiday and greeting cards were actually used as overlays with edited images on their covers, used to lock in a target location to commit these types of crimes. Their use of a combination of these ciphers were known at different intervals and were creatively altered around the scene of each of the killings.

I hesitate to call them a part of this string of killings, one because of the clout that has been thrown so far in defense of a group of theories, and two because they are clearly used in a sequence a part of a cult that was communicating and targeting individuals and couples throughout their time, BEGINNING on campus, at the Riverside Library.

This one letter explained that the killer was looking to meet with this 4Pi cult and was leaving notes for them to find, knowing that they were run internally through an organization of local and federal law enforcement. This is my reasoning for believing that this killing as well was a ritual murder that was organized to rekindle their sick fantasies and terrorize the locals like they did before.

If a serial killer is not caught, there is a good chance that he will continue to 'do his thing' unless he is stopped. There was also the Church Hearings on Domestic activities of the CIA/DoD that came right after the killer stopped for a time, but letters continued to be signed by the Zodiac up to the 1986 letters.

They also were a part of a Satanic cult that conducted ritual killings on college campuses in the past, in California. Search for the Stanford killing that was conducted in a Church on their school grounds and you will see that the Church of Satan, The Temple of Set, Manson Family, Berkowitz and his ties to a group he called "Manson 2", were made into a sprawling operation across the country, luring people to do their bidding, and practicing a ritualistic control over it's younger members, all tied to one of their branches.

So when you claim that the killings were limited to only a time up to 1974, you are merely reiterating the statements by the people that have been covering up their affairs since the Church Hearings were conducted. It is obvious that there is no reason to so quickly cover up these facts other than to continue to trend them into oblivion using a cropped narrative about their actual organization, and the depth of it's reach into the lives of everyday people through the media.

Kristin D Smart was born in Germany, and her parents were school teachers at a Military Base in Germany. The person that started the cult was a DoD Psychological Warfare Expert, and was arrested and indicted using the Day Cares at a Military Base at the Presidio, and Offat for abductions and experiments, among other blackmailing interests. These also were seen more recently in investigations into other US Military bases across the country and in foreign locations as well.

They were employing a strategy and it was patterned. To cover up their affairs and their agendas, they targeted members of their families and threatened them as well to keep quiet about their affairs on bases.

I suspect that the base where Kristin's parents were teaching, also had it's bouts with this group's interests there as well, and that she was targeted specifically to silence them from speaking about something going on there. They all hold a pattern to their strategic manipulation of the media and the public, and all featured decades of silence behind their killings, while the media created their own documentation of only these specific killings, even though there are dozens a year in every city.......with any number of detectives being shuffled into the investigations. All of the killings that were "Zodiac" had a reasoning behind them and the victims were all fitting into the same group of innocent bystanders with parents that were tied into the US Govt in some manner, either through service, contracting, or through their family members being in technical development in some fashion related to their interests. It was not the patterns related to the victims, it was the pattern relating to their family members that brought them into the affair as a victim.

I can show at least a dozen attacks that featured the target's name being used in the Z13 Cipher. They even use the Hollywood "Stars" and their stage names now for their affairs, as the suspect I mention running the cult, has been on Geraldo, Oprah, and now more recently on NBC offering a book of "memoirs" called the Thrill of the Chase, where he secretly encoded clues to find a "treasure chest" in a poem, sending people out on hikes, that has seen the deaths of at least 5 of them in suspicious manners.

On pg 25 of the book is an altered drawing, that shows the hidden writing of a statement where he admits to being one of these cult ringleaders, and the creator of it's strategy masking himself as an unknown killer using ciphers.

I only make the assertion so strongly based on his affairs at Military Bases, and the reasoning that I actually began this line of theory, was due to that fact coming up in discussions about Kristin's birth in Germany in the 70's and her parent's employment on one. Then knowing already how his specific methods worked from cracking his codes in the past I was able to then use them as a template to check into these media spun killings to find evidence in many of them being set up as a sick game they are playing (again there are numerous killings every day, and for the media to cling to this one so seriously on an annual basis was something that I noticed standing out)

I applied the use of the cipher templates only because the media had spun the story into oblivion and the public, with the emotional following of people that feel bad for the case but never knew her, are getting hostile towards someone that they have built an accusatory frenzy around it, clouding their deductive reasoning skills and blinding their own awareness with media woven narratives in online arguments.

I have worked on cracking codes for 3 years, and so far I am responsible for the location and identification of 30 missing people to date. There are a lot of people that have no idea how important forensic cryptography is and a judge or legal team will usually overlook any form of written letters that hold a cryptic side simply not knowing the science of concealment even exists and what it can do to hide a message within the context of a letter or a card. I hosted the American Cryptogram Association's Annual Meeting in Burlington in 2017 and am one of the leading researchers in this field, with a list of referenced pages of research to review as proof of my research.

I can't get a single person to volunteer their time in the area to merely take a short hike with a search team just to make sure. I live on the opposite side of North America otherwise I would be there hiking up with some friends looking for her remains at the location I found, and would have combed every area that these cards showed signs of being tied to, merely to eliminate that factor.

This is the same info that I told the family already as well as the podcast maker. I have not heard from any of them after the phone calls and emails. I have also talked with the gent that runs the awareness page on the phone and we both talked about the oddities in the case for a bit. It is good to have another point of view about something, but to me this is something that is intentionally being groomed with evidence drops that lead to attention being drawn to BOTH sides of the families by their groups and associates. That earring being found and then said to be Kristin's, and then it disappearing from the evidence lockers is weird AF. That to me started this whole craze that was targeting the suspect AND THEN his family.

This is why I am speaking out as all sides seem to be chasing a dead end theory that will not produce anything that questions the official narrative to actually LOOK for her remains. To think that that little guy Paul could have killed her, then carried her body to his vehicle, and taken it across the city to his mother's, buried it in the wee hours of the day in mommies backyard without them noticing, is one of the wildest fantasies I have ever heard. There literally is not enough time in the window before someone would have noticed Paul in one part of the scenario that these people are proposing.

Just wow on your research, thanks. I was looking at your posts on Zodiac but put them aside for deeper reading because the case is so old now I don't remember a lot. I hope those weren't deleted. People tend to forget that Manson cult victim Sharon Tate was the daughter of a high ranking military intelligence officer and that she graduated high school in Vicenza, Italy, where he was stationed.
