If they got into a argument out back behind the shop while working on the atv's how and why would kyle have went willingly into the vacant building next door?? He could have just went into the shop or walked away....It doesnt make sense Kyle went into that building with Steve Why?? If there was a argument or he felt threatened why go next door??into a building ??The last place you would go if your having a problem with a worker...

Family waits 3 years for trial to begin for defendant in son's San Jose murder

"I am not a murderer, and I did not murder anyone." Those were the words of Los Altos resident Steve Hlebo from inside the Santa Clara County Jail in January 2016 after his arrest for the presumed murder of co-worker Kyle Myrick.

Tuesday morning, Hlebo's jury trial got underway in San Jose.
