Wow-- I'm half way through this 56 page Appeal (filed 2/2018). Thanks for posting this as most juvenile court records are not released so soon if at all.

So sorry to see this. I’ve never believed Isiah was guilty.

MOO, we don't have tons of information available to us. I also don't think Isaiah is guilty. His family keeps talking about how "a 12-year-old couldn't do this" but us Websleuthers know of course a child could do this to another child. I simply don't think there is enough evidence against him. But I'm not a juror, just a random spectator, so MOO.
