The family and friends of Lindsey Erin Pearlman and the Los Angeles Police Department are requesting the public’s assistance in locating her.

Pearlman was last seen on February 13, 2022 at 12:00 p.m., in the 1600 block of North Mariposa Avenue. Pearlman failed to return home and has not been seen or heard from since.

Friends and family fear for her safety. She is described as a 43-year old female, white, brown hair, brown eyes, standing at 5 feet 9 inches tall, and weighing 140 pounds. It is unknown what she was wearing at the time she went missing.

Found deceased.

On Friday the LAPD confirmed that officers responded to a radio call for a death investigation around 8:30 a.m. in the area of Franklin Avenue and North Sierra Bonita Avenue. The county coroner's office later determined the deceased individual was Pearlman.

Her cause of death and the circumstances of her disappearance remain under investigation.

Saturday morning Pearlman's sister took to Twitter after the body was identified simply saying "Please know that you are never truly alone" alongside the phone number to America's National Suicide Hotline.

^ Wish there was an acknowledge button rather than a like button in these cases. Many years ago, I was there too during a profound and unrelenting clinical depression. Fortunately I found the right therapist. After recovery, which took a long time, I swore that if I knew anyone going through the same thing, I'd reach out. No one can understand the pain without having experienced it.

I do not know Lindsey's circumstances or why she chose this, nor do I know her. Regardless, it affects me a lot. May her soul now be at peace. May her loved ones eventually also find peace.
