The timeline and general demographics fit - but Lisa had metal screws in her hand, and that wasn't mentioned in regard to the found body. Conversely, the body had a 1.5 inch vertical scar over the eyebrow and an inverted nipple, neither of which anyone has mentioned in regard to Lisa.

I have the impression that she was kidnapped and that the friend who says she lived in amarillo did it to confuse her, she knows where Jane is but maybe Jane herself asked her not to say anything....
