Looking further into the court records, there is a Jury Trial scheduled for June 11, 2018.

That could change, of course. This is California, and it could take several more years to actually bring this man to trial. It's a broken-down court system.

You are correct it’s a broken down court system and quickly becoming a broken down state. I hope someday I can leave this state. Middle class is gone your either rich or poor.

Oh good grief.....please let this not be the case. I've got a jury summons for this week...Torrance Superior Court.
So far I've not needed to go in....but may have to on Friday....
Obviously....if...I cannot be impartial...such a horrible and heartbreaking case...

Hello Niner, I have family that attends every hearing and I can tell you that the next court appearance is July 5th but due to the fact that Rodger's defense will be out of the country, the trial should start sometime in late August. Hopefully it will start on 8/21 or possibly the first week in September.
