Family of Lizbeth Melgoza Rumbo says she was last seen in Monterey near High Street and Franklin Street on Tuesday around 10:30 a.m. They added that she left on foot without her cell phone or purse.

Rumbo was described by family as a loving and kind person.

They say her disappearance is out of character for her. She usually calls her mother every day and hasn't since going missing.
