Loral Ryan was last seen on Sept. 3, 2018. He is described as 5-foot-2, 150 pounds with brown eyes and gray hair, although he may be bald. He has a full beard, a tattoo of an eagle on his back, a tattoo of a cross on his right arm and was last seen wearing black converse and black jeans. Anyone with information about Ryan’s location is asked to contact the Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office at 707-463-4095 and reference case number 18-28225.

Missing person cases in Mendocino and Lake counties

Good that he is mentioned as a missing person on there but lots of weird mistakes in this article. "he was born in 2018"???? According to this he went missing Sept. 3, but his sister had told us this:

"He was seen by his landlord on Sept 17. He went out of town for two weeks two times between Aug and Sept trying to find Joy and get her out of jail. He was alive on Sept 16 and spoke with his landlord. His boss reported him missing mid Sept. my sister and I filed the missing person case late Sept"

In Namus his missing date is Sept. 1. IMO it's a default/approx. date.
