I decided to put these three in one thread as they were found in the same location back to back.

UP4192, discovered on September 24th. He is believed to be a white male aged 20-26. His partial remains with soft tissues were found in Griffith Park. His head, torso, and one or more limbs and hands were not recovered. Unclear what exactly was found, but he has the estimated height of 5'9. He possibly died in 1985.

UP4188, discovered on September 26th. He is a male of an uncertain race aged 15-17. His partial remains minus head, torso and one or more limbs was found in Griffith Park. Unclear what exactly was found, but he has the estimated height of 5'7. He may have died in 1985.
UP4191, found on September 26th too. His head only was recovered. He was a white male aged 16-25. He may have died in 1983.

What in the world happened here? Do you think these cases were connected? I can't see any pages for them on L.A County Coroner. I know Griffith Park is quite big, but I don't know the proximity they were found away from each other?

Damn, and there's so many men in this age range who went missing between 1983-1985. Did they even try?

Given how little was found, I wonder if these could all be the same person.

It's possible. I doubt 4188 and 4192 were the same. They have vastly different height/age ranges. But I can see the skull they found belonging to one of them over being a third person. I really wish we knew what happened here.

If you type Griffith Park into the "circumstances of Discovery" box in NamUs, you find TWELVE UID cases. Spaning from the 1950s, all the way to 2016
