Apologies if there's a thread for this woman already.

Jane Doe (UP#154624) was found on November 11, 2025 in Los Angeles, California. She was found "deceased in a residence that allows short-term rentals of individual bedrooms" (NamUs).

No image is available, but there are plenty of descriptors, including for tattoos.

Race / Ethnicity: Black / African American
Estimated Age: Adult - Pre 30, 16-25
Height: 5' 4"-5' 6" (64-66 inches), Estimated
Weight: 130-150 lbs, Estimated
Hair: Black, Long black braids with blue braids
Eye Color: Brown

Distinctive Physical Features:
Scar/mark: Approximately (8) horizontal-running scars to the upper right arm
Tattoos: Inner right wrist - Circle with squiggly line through the center
Front of right thigh- "I love (heart symbol) weed" with "4.20" and a row of straight lines

Clothing and Accessories:

Black bra
Black "Hanes" underwear
Black sweatpants with a patch of a skull and red roses to the front right leg and a patch of "00" to the front left leg
Gray "Converse" High-top tennis shoes with writing on the top and on the white sidewalls
Jewelry: Multiple-colored beaded necklace
White-metal colored skull ring with multiple stones

Circumstances of Recovery: This female was found deceased in a residence that allows short-term rentals of individual bedrooms.
Condition of Remains: Not recognizable - Decomposing/putrefaction

According to the Los Angeles Medical Examiner website, "At approximately 2000 hrs on 11/11/2025, this unidentified female was found deceased in a rented room in the 4100 block of Dorsey St in Los Angeles. She had no ID and fingerprints were taken, however, no ID matches found."

I'm confused on how long they did not check on this woman if she was found to already be decomposing. Did she not have any other belongings with her if she was staying in a "short-term" rental room? Did she not need to provide ID?
I don't know much about this situation or how these rooms would work, so any insight is appreciated.
The scars may be self-harm. With her age I wonder if she was part of the foster care system and fell through the cracks.

Thank you for giving Jane Doe a moment of your time.
