A damaged but still partially legible California Driver License recovered with skeletonized human remains found by a hiker in Tapia Canyon in October enabled the coroner’s office to identify Undetermined Doe No. 9, as Khanh Quang Le, an El Monte man who went missing in July 2010. The cause of death could not determined.

I cannot tell if Tapia Canyon is the same (area) as Tapia Park.
