All the clothing is listed as being "near the body"--the only items listed as being "on the body" are tennis shoes and a ring. But, agreed, it certainly sounds like she might have been living in the car--I wonder whose car it was? 0 exclusions.

I found Sandy Spencer to be interesting as a possibility for this unidentified female. Her height estimate is much shorter though and there is a 5-6 year gap from when she went missing. There just isn’t much out there regarding Sandy’s disappearance.

Sandy was wearing a gold colored ring in the shape of a rose.

UID was wearing a gold oval shaped ring with a rose design in the center.

Both are reported to have brown hair. UID says “slight curl”. Sandy’s hair does show a slight curl.

Sandy did have a metal plate in her right forearm not mentioned on UID. This would most likely be the telling detail. This right here makes me hesitant. Just thought the rose ring for both seemed a little unique. Also, Sandy missing from CA and UID being found in CA.
