Nahid Nassabi disappeared several years before this UID was found, but the circumstances are unclear. In my mind I was wondering if someone left a bad relationship and then was tracked down, that they could end up deceased and not easily matched to an MP back in the days before computers and DNA.

Herlinda Ann Soto (43) missing from El Paso in June 1993 looks like she could be a possibility. She was reported to be 5’6” - 5’7” and 120-152 lbs.

Her photo must not have been a current one as she doesn’t look at all 43 there. No circumstances known surrounding her disappearance just that she went missing somewhere between 7/2/93 and 7/5/93.
