I don’t know if this Jane Doe has been posted here but I’ll post her anyway. If she already has a thread, admins please feel free to remove this one.
The Decedent
On May 25th, 1989, in Los Angeles County, California, an unidentified adolescent girl was found deceased in an alleyway. The individual who found the decedent said she was not there the last time they stopped in the alleyway a few hours prior.
The decedent had been deceased for a few hours when she was found. She was between the ages of 12 and 15. She stood at a height of 5’3” (160 cm) and weighed 124 pounds (56 kg). She had long black hair and brown eyes.
She had a pretty severe injury to her forehead that was there before she died. It’s unknown if this is what killed her. LE has not released the COD or MOD for this Doe.
Clothing and Identifying Features
The decedent was wearing a blue touristy-type shirt that said “Somebody in California Loves Me”, faded blue jeans, black shoes, white socks with a red trim, green or white underwear (?), and a beige bra.
She was wearing lots of jewelry when found. The deceased was found wearing a white metal ring with a lion head, a white metal ring with a turquoise color stone, a white metal ring with a crystal heart, a yellow metal ID bracelet (unknown if it had a name on it, no possible name has been released for the decedent.), a yellow metal chain with pendants of a heart, rose, and St. Christopher medal, two earring studs, one with a charm, the other with a clear stone, and a bracelet with pendants.
There are no known scars on this decedent, just the head trauma. She did, however, have a crudely done homemade tattoo. It was on her right thigh and possibly read “P-O-H”, and below that an S. Her fingernails were freshly painted a dark, deep purple.
There are post-mortem photos available for the Jane Doe. They are, however, photoshopped. Her forehead injury is covered up. She was found with one eye open, so most sources photoshop the other eye to appear closed.
