Circumstances: Bianca was last seen in Ontario, California on 11/28/19. She has never been seen or heard from again.

I'm suggesting her because she had tattoos on her lip, neck, left hand, and back, but the designs are unknown. I don't see any mention of tattoos on the JD's lip and neck, but she was found in an unrecognizable state, so maybe the tattoos couldn't be observed.
