Hard to tell... there are a ton of missing young Hispanic women listed on NamUs, mostly runaways, where PD hasn't bothered to add any extra information other than the bare minimum. The main identifier here is her rose tattoo but it's equally possible parents/reporting party was not aware of the tattoo, or PD was told but they didn't bother adding it to the profile because they believe like most runaway cases it would solve itself soon.
Forgot to mention, also possible UID got her tattoo after she left.
