This man was found dead on the sidewalk. His face was still recognisable when he was found, but no exact PMI is listed.
He was 5'9 and 133 pounds. He had dark hair, brown eyes and a moustache. He had the tattoo of the letter 'H' on his shoulder.
He wore brown pants, an orange T-shirt, a tan shirt, a blue Levi's jacket and blue and white sneakers. He also wore a red/black beanie, a white metal chain, a Sanyo watch and a black hair net.

4 young men were found dead in similar circumstances in Los Angeles in September - December 1982. Probably just a coincidence but here are similar deaths (haven't made a thread for December yet):

I think restaurant worker too. When I worked as a cook, I'd always go home without realising my hairnet was still on.

Guessing he was local (or at least living in) around the L.A area at the time of his death. I can find no mention of any restaurant workers missing around that time frame but I'll keep digging.

No idea. L.A County usually keeps cause of death under wraps, they don't release a lot of information on their UIDs generally, which is fair but so many doe cases are solved by someone recognising them I don't think it helps. I've tried to search through Newspaper archives, but since we know so little on the circumstances I've found nothing.
