On 9/26/1976 @ 2330 hours the decedent was riding his bike on Valley Blvd near 6th St. in the city of Industry, when he was struck by a vehicle. Vehicle left the scene. Decedent taken to Queen of the Valley Hosp where he died on 9/27/76 @ 0025 hrs. Decedent had been seen going into bars in the area and doing "tricks" on his bike prior to accident.
