Suspected Serial Animal Abuser Arrested in L.A. After Allegedly Torturing Cat to Death

The Los Angeles Sheriff's Department is asking for more information about an ongoing animal cruelty investigation after a 27-year-old man was arrested on charges of torturing/killing a live animal.

Per the press release, 27-year-old Rogelio Diaz is accused of torturing the cat on April 5.

this just happened in my hometown except it is a 12 year-old girl who has been charged after she posted video footage on snapchat

I hate animal abusers with a passion - I think there's a long list of victims in his life, starting from when he was a child

I'm so sad for the victims

There was a serial cat killer in Miami, about a decade ago. It was horrific. And abusing animals is part of the "Triad" for potential serial killers.

This is the guy in Miami, he got off, his parents hired attorneys and forensic analysts...personally, I think that he is guilty.
