Authorities hunt for cyclist who has slashed at least eight people's face across Los Angeles | Daily Mail Online

Police are hunting for a cyclist who is believed to have slashed the faces of at least eight people as he rode by them in Los Angeles.

The Los Angeles Police Department released video footage and images of the suspect as they continue searching for him.

Authorities reported that the incidents started on March 20, according to KTLA.

Three of the attacks have been reported to have taken place in the Florence neighborhood of South Los Angeles, while another is said to have taken place in South Gate.

The LAPD described his weapon as only having an 'edge.'

Stefany Coboz, a Wilmington resident and one of the eight victims, shared that the man rode off laughing after he slashed her.

With all the pictures of him, someone should recognize him .. and if they "tell" on him, he'll be history pretty fast, next picture his face behind bars. Hope it happens soon, unless. of course, the taxi gets there first.

This is terrifying, he's only going to become more bloodthirsty, slashing is going to get "boring" after awhile and we all know what it's going to escalate to. Hope they get him behind bars quickly!

I am so glad they got this guy off the streets. What a nightmare for the locals who were just trying to live their daily lives. I hope a good plastic surgeon steps up to help these victims with the scars. I’d hate to see them having to deal with that in the aftermath of this trauma
