geez this has to be a parent's worst nightmare ...
so I wonder if the parked vehicle was hers? she ran away from the scene

The suspect attempted to enter a parked vehicle with the child.
She has kids of her own, possible accomplice , there is alot I hope comes out of this..

What was her motive? Was she going to keep them? Sell them? Traffick them? I shudder to think.

It was so brazen, Broad daylight, cameras, witnesses around. Is she mentally ill?

How was she able to take the child? Was the parent elsewhere? The article doesn't mention any details about the initial approach.

Some 20 years ago, a friend used to allow her preschooler to go to the bathroom alone at McDonald's...like, we'd all be sitting at a table or the play area (clear across the premises from the bathrooms), the child would have to potty, and mom would just say, "Ok, you know where it is." Even back then, this practice made me extremely nervous.
