Circumstances of Disappearance - On 07/01/05, Maria went to apply for medi-cal because she was about 8 months pregnant. While at the office Maria and her husband got into an argument. When they were being driven home Maria asked to be let out of the vehicle at Monroe Street, south of Miles, in Indio. Maria was let out of the vehicle on the side of the road with her 3 year old daughter Nallely Velasquez Pozar, who is also missing. Maria's husband, Cauhtemoc Pozar and the friend drove away to go to a store for drinks and when he returned, he was unable to locate Maria and Nallely. Her daughter's NamUs entry is MP109979.

Circumstances of Disappearance - Nallely is a 3 year old girl who was last seen with her mother, Missing person Maria Guadalupe Velasquez. Nallely and Maria were left at Monroe, south of MIles in Indio by her father and a friend. When her father returned to the area he was unable to locate Nallely or Maria.
