IMO, there has been a spike in California.

mistivon, your posts above really touched me. I'm probably a little too practical/logical/mother hen, but I want you to know I stand by you as if I were your sister, and protective as such as well. You have such a big heart. I won't stop telling you to take care of yourself and your family, but at the same time I totally get why you are so invested. Please don't ever think you've made no progress. I've never met such a dedicated PI such as you, and your spreading the word and process of elimination both have covered so much ground. I'm really proud of you. And, I'm jumping into that wagon of those who want you hunting them down should we have the misfortune of going missing.

This ^ is :goodpost: and I think most of here (if not all) agree. Thanks is definitely not enough.

Why is it that the media has not followed up on this case?
For a little while it seemed like it may have gained some traction but now there's nothing? Does anyone have any ideas as to why?
Is Alan planning on doing another podcast featuring this story? ( I don't normally follow ng so wouldn't know)

So if the police have upgraded this case from voluntarily missing to missing under suspicious circumstances, have they went around to the GW yet and surrounding stores to conduct interviews or ask about the footage? ( We already know the answer about the footage because mistivon did the leg work) it's been said that the police are now finally taking this case seriously so I'm wondering if now maybe more details will emerge?
The clock is ticking and Maricela is still missing. , It seems like Mistivon has done so much. Hopefully others are working just as hard too.

Mistivon and all the others who are dedicated and actively seeking to find MG along with answers has been the single most inspiring story I've read. Probably ever. Y'all have gone up and beyond the call of duty and are a force to be known! If I were to ever go missing or have a family member missing, I could only hope I would have people like you all relentlessly searching. Godspeed

I am now working on making a list in Albuquerque, however, with all the info from the West Mesa Murders, it is a little difficult to find other info. I will post that as soon as I have it.
I just forwarded my list to you. It's a good starting point.

I cant access your map. :(

:( That is so scary! I am really starting to think all these abductions in So Cal are related.

The kidnapping from Sunday had 3 suspects. In Maricellas case there had to be at least 2 people after her. With the way she was running and where the dog traced her I think a few people got Maricella. I wonder if it's related. Reseda to Pacoima/sylmar is a 10 min drive

I agree. Curious as to why an investigator reporter has not connected the dots and doing an expose piece on these random abductions.

In the case of the So Cal missing persons except for a very few, the girls seem to be dark haired. Long, dark hair. Hmmm

I'm more curious now than ever about the "message" that was burned onto Sherri Papini's arm.

What if Sherri was taken for HT because they thought she was between 15-25 and then learned that she was much older? It is a possibility. It's interesting that a few of the missing girls from Los Angeles area have similarities to SP case.

When I was making my list it seemed that anyone in SoCal who was missing was either Hispanic/Latino and if they were they had dark hair and dark eyes.

In northern California it seems as if they were all blonde.

So strange. My gut is saying that at least some of these are realted and I'm terrified it's all for HT.

I feel the same way! Now of course I guess it is possible that they are connecting the dots behind the scene. But to me, I feel like making something like this public to warn people would be important.

If anyone finds any other missing women that I missed please post them! If like to keep the map updates.

There are also a TON of women missing in Albuquerque that fits the same demographic. I will get those added to the map.

Also by this evening you'll actually be able to access the map. I'm working on changing the privacy feature of it.

I was just thinking the same. The only thing that doesnt add up for HT is MG's secret. Im thinking HT victims don't know ahead of time that they are going to be taken. Maybe the secret is just a coincidence?

Do we have a way of seeing if the other missing persons in the area have any past history of drug abuse?

If you were going across the border into Mexico, do they require ID? I would think so. I know she must have had a passport since she went to Italy at one point. I wonder if it has been located or if travel history has been checked

Maybe they aren't going across the border. Maybe there is a compound somewhere in the southern U.S.

think that is the most likely scenario but was trying to think outside the box a little. I was thinking along the lines of a hispanic US citizens identity being used to bring people in across the border.
