The California Highway Patrol issued a Silver Alert Saturday for a missing 81-year-old man last seen in Glendale.

Marion Wells was last spotted at about 11:30 a.m. He is believed to be wearing a red and black jacket, black and brown shirt, black pants and red shoes.

Authorities said he's likely on foot.

Wells suffers from medical conditions and may become disoriented, according to the CHP.

He is described as being 5 feet 6 inches tall, 145 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes.

Glendale, CA: - The Glendale Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance with locating 81 year old Marion Clarence Wells of Glendale.

Mr. Wells was last seen on December 15, 2018 at approximately 11:30 a.m. in the 1500 block of Wilson Terrace in the City of Glendale. Mr. Wells is described as 5’6, 145 pounds, gray hair, grey goatee and brown eyes. Mr. Wells is believed to be wearing a red and black jacket, black and brown shirt, black pants and red shoes. Mr. Wells is known to frequent the Ralph's Supermarket located at 211 North Glendale Avenue and the Whole Foods Market located at 331 North Glendale Avenue.

Mr. Wells suffers from health issues that require medication.
