When I look at Rebecca Grossman, she clearly gets way more hatred than Luigi Mangione. Mangione gets more sympathy than Rebecca Grossman for one. Grossman has many things going against her that really offends people. Ranging from being a wealthy socialite, using PR, playing victim, trying to stall the trial, and the victim being children. That puts her in the same category as Jose Ibarra, Lori Drew, Casey Anthony, and Osama bin Laden in terms being public enemy.

Didn’t she have a problem with investigating the jurors? I am wondering if she is going to want a new trial due to issues with the jurors. There is precedent with this.

I am following her appeal status, so I get an email notification from the court. If you guys checked the link, a few months ago, in CAPS, "NO MORE EXTENSIONS".

Then, what do we see? More extensions granted. What are they looking for? Something, trying to flip a juror? Shade on the deliberations? That would really be the only appeal issue I can see.

For all of the clumsiness, it does look like the police did a pretty good job. Although, I believe that RG probably was over the .08 limit, and got that thrown out.

She keeps trying to throw her BF under the bus. That isn't working.

Thanks for your vigilance, mickey2942. It's good she isn't getting away with her attack and piviot kinds of appeals, but it sure takes up a lot of the court's time to have to deal with her and her apparent endless financial support for appeals.

Same old. Appeal. Yadda, Yadda...Grossman didn't do it. This didn't work when RG tried to have the charges thrown out prior to the trial, or the pathetic defense. Nothing new. I don't see this appeal going anywhere.
