Posted this again, as it has statements from the judges. They don't sound receptive to Grossman's arguments for the murder conviction to be overturned. Several of Grossman's own statements at the scene sound extremely self centered and callous, per the justices interpretation.

Grossman's attorney tried to reframe them, due to Grossman's shock at the time of the accident.

My own interpretation, is that the original judge, Justice Brandolino, as much as we did not like his overly solicitous behavior to Grossman during the trial, or sentence, it definitely looks like none of his actions or rulings are the least bit questionable to the appellate court.

Wow. This is becoming a complete conspiracy. Dr. Grossman has been literally playing a "shell game" with property and cash ever since the accident that killed Mark and Jacob Iskander. He has also been attacking Erickson, to push the entire accident onto him.

Dr. Phil is refusing to release podcast taped interviews with Dr. Grossman.

There is even more to this, but it hasn't all come out in MSM.

Truth. And she is busy with her husband, Dr. Grossman, to hide and bury as many assets as possible to duck out of the responsibility for the civil lawsuit.

The money is a symbol. It is the only way to also punish these people, who seem to worship money more than anything. Interesting note, that Dr. Peter Grossman noted that he "loaned" money to his wife for her defense. When you are married, especially in California, all assets are "community property". There are not "loans".

I bet he wishes he had divorced her before her accident.
