That picture may not be what she looks like at present. There's the makeup and filters which many people use in their social media photos. Weight of 170 might have her slightly fuller in the face. No braces or glasses as its stated she wears. And not being a natural blond, her hair after these many months may not be blond at all. Hopefully the family can provide more photos and perhaps more information soon.

It may be a false clue but someone had the hastag #Lancaster up on one of her missing posters so it might be worth checking records or white pages in that area. Another thought for the family - if she is wearing braces, she'd be seeing an orthodontist, if the family knows who that person is, perhaps they can check as to when the last visit was or next scheduled visit - I know when I had my braces (as a teen) I was going in every couple of months for an adjustment.
