What gorgeous children.

Dad was at work. Both maternal and paternal sides are saying "she wasn't right". PPD coupled with the pandemic? Family reiterated she didn't go nowhere.

Wish they could have gotten her help. Each relative take a child until she got diagnosed. Smothering the older two kids they had to struggle.

Post partum depression and psychosis are real and scary. So typical that family would say she wasn't right. But people aren't willing to step in and actually help and exhaust or inconvenience themselves. I'm 1 mo post partum myself and living the total exhaustion and sleep deprivation. Was anyone stepping in? I'm guessing not.

I'm not going to justify in any way what she did. But I highly doubt this woman was fully in her right mind when she did this.

Hoping you are feeling better real soon. I didn't experience PPD, but understand it's awful.

In the days of old before families spread out almost every new mother had help. Heck they kept you in hospital for at least five days and baby in nursery.

Just dealing with colic I was able to call a relative or girlfriend who came over.

You can't be fully in your right mind to smother your three children. Thanks for perspective. Thinking of you.

I think from our rational perspective, you’re possibly right but unless she is just pure evil, only time will tell, it could possibly be Post Partum Depression and/or a full mental breakdown where she is hearing voices etc
Personally for me, I would like to hear more details before I condem her and agree with your statement. What’s the saying “walk a mile in their shoes”. I am going to wait to hear the full facts because there could be WS members on here who are hearing voices etc telling them to harm their kids and they need support to ask for help before it gets to the point of no return, as in the result here and the tragic deaths of these beautiful children and if they were to read your post, it may stop them from getting that help through embarrassment and fear and they may not understand their own reality currently so support is a good preventive tool
I understand that we are all entitled to our own opinion and I respect your opinion but I would just ask that if you haven’t already, that you look beyond the initial report to see what lead up to this drastic situation and how others who may be suffering, feel like they can ask for that help . ALL MOO
