Hi there, thanks for responding to my post! I think the height estimates on long undiscovered remains can be off. Also, one thing I ignored when I first looked at this potential match was the clothing. Apparently Mike was last seen wearing khaki pants and a blue plaid shirt. The unidentified man was wearing a very similar outfit. The odds don't seem in favor of this match, but I still hope the Doe Network passed it on to the group that reviews potential matches so that this John Doe can be ruled out.
