This sentence doesn’t make sense( From webslueths)
“confirmed that witness spotted her suv at pond court 4 hours after she went missing.”
How did that witness know she was missing?

i posted the article earlier about the NEW evidence being found. I don't know if you have been keeping up with this case since day 1 but they found her SUV saturday night but they haven't had any clues since then until yesterday of how long the car has been there.

SO just yesterday, the article stated that a witness actually saw her SUV parked in the area already after 4 hours since she was reported missing..which was 7 PM friday night. So now that it has been a month...the witness probably told someone they saw the SUV there at around 11 PM not even knowing it had to do with any case until now.

DLynn - do you remember what the comments said on that blog? I agree with you though...it seems really odd that this "misinformation" sprung out of San Diego and not in the Bay.

I really don't believe everything the news says anyways. But it does seem like someone is starting to stir things up..either pointing their finger away from GE or leaking information that shouldn't be out there...

What if it is true and LE and the family doesn't want infomation out about that woman in arizona just in case whoever took michelle knows that person

Oh and I bet yeah GE did read that blog and I bet she follows everything that's being said about her.

The last comments on the blog were pretty cryptic. A poster mentioned that they had 15 cents or something like that, then another poster (maybe the blog owner) said something about maybe we can make a dollar??

I took it as the poster had information and together they would come up with the answer at $1.00. It was a strange post.:twocents:

I Read this on the families web site.
I would suggest that there be no additional new ideas, places to search, ect… mentioned on this website or http://www.websleuths.com

The person responsible is possibly keeping up with all the blogs, comments, and forums. What do you think is going to happen if somebody luckily guesses (publicly, online) the actual whereabouts of Michelle? The criminal will return to the location and cover/remove any possible evidence. Then the suggestion the person made becomes practically useless.

Therefore, suggestions should be safely kept between you and the family/law enforcement via email or in person. Other discussion seems better kept off public webpages and instead kept amongst your friends.

Do not take offense, but this only seems logical.

I think I disagree with the above statement, for one if the police have a viable suspect dont you think they are following them.

Maybe to her.

Also if you go to the search areas, i.e. the niles , there is still markers, why havent they been removed, have the police not searched the markers. there was a reason the areas were searched by the groups, now Law enforcement needs to do there part.

And I think more minds gives more ideas.

  • #645
And with that I will mention
has anyone searched under the big sheets of plastic on the left hand side of the niles.
this is on the left hand if your heading toward Pleasanton.

It is construction near mission and niles.

Sometimes law enforcement needs a body before they make a arrest.

  • #647
Are there any searches this weekend?

  • #648
Wouldn't this be the weekend to make sure there is posters everywhere?

  • #649
Nothing was mentioned about searches this weekend. The family just said to keep Saturdays open...?

Honestly, it's been REALLY quiet lately. I was thinking it might be because they are closer to an arrest and the family wouldn't waste people's time if someone would confess.

We'll see.

The sad thing is in today’s society there is such a short attention span, if its not kept in the news people move on.
Just like Samuel Nava III, His family and friends are at the corner he got killed at a lot.
And this keeps it in the spotlight and in the media.
If people have nothing to go on, they move on.

According to this article I've linked, the statement regarding seeing the SUV on the street 4 hours after she went missing is false. Interesting that it also says the blood splatter comment is also untrue?

"The 10News article states that Le’s white Honda SUV was spotted by witnesses four hours after she went missing and that a small amount of blood splatter was found in the vehicle. The family says both claims are also untrue."

So, there was no blood in the car, only maybe in the parking garage? Or do we even know that for sure? I'm getting confused as to what facts are confirmed in this case. :waitasec:

I still have been checking here for the latest, and it is getting discouraging to not hear anything. I can only imagine the pain the family is going through...

The lack of information is frustrating at to what's true and what's not. Maybe LE does not want us to know because it will jeopardize the investigation? I don't know as this is the first missing persons case I have followed closely like this so I don't know...
I can only hope that LE is working hard on this case and not letting it go by the wayside, like so many other unsolved cases here in Hayward. I know they are stretched thin on resources, but I'm hoping that the families efforts at finding Michelle keeps the pressure up to continue to work this case...

This was still open for editing and I've been doing some thinking here: I was looking back at earlier HPD reports that said there was nothing in the car to indicate foul play (not their exact words but they said car was left locked as if someone cared about the car)

What if Michelle did drive the car out of the garage? What if she went to a local store to grab something while on break? Maybe the perp was in the back of her SUV? Maybe she was forced into another car at some point? Maybe what Kaiser HK was called to clean up was not related to Michelle at all but another patient?

Why did Hayward PD backtrack from their original statements about the car to now call it a homicide? If it was homicide in the garage wouldn't there have been lots of blood in Michelle's car? Or what was in the car or the garage to make them think this? How long does it take to get FBI forensic evidence back? Wouldn't the perps DNA be in Michelle's car somewhere? On the wheel if they were driving it? Or somewhere in the SUV? Their prints on Michelle's steering wheel? Is this why GE was arrested, to get her prints? If she didn't have prints on file before this? And why was GE arrested on kidnapping charges so early? What did LE find that led them to that conclusion?

Just brainstorming questions out loud here..and bumping for Michelle and her family.

How did both of these girls end up here in N. Cali and in the same general area? The news report states she has not been back to the apt since the search, she probably went back to San Diego to escape the heat.

I wonder if Michelle moved her car because she knew someone was trying to harm her car? But they had more violent intentions...Parking the car on the street she did would have been a easy walk back to the hospital. Just cut through the townhouse complex and cross the 6 lane street.

I'm wondering too if anything DID happen in that garage. What if Michelle had moved her car??? At first the HPD said her car was left looking like someone cared about it. Then they say there was blood in the car and they think she was killed in the garage. It seems to me that the video surveillance in the Kaiser lot of the car leaving is a critical piece to this puzzle.

And this was the charge GE was arrested on:Kidnapping

207
(a) Every person who forcibly, or by any other means of instilling fear, steals or takes, or holds, detains, or arrests any person in this state, and carries the person into another country, state, or county, or into another part of the same county, is guilty of kidnapping.

Why did the HPD so quickly jump to this conclusion? And what did GE say or did not say that made her arrest so brief??? So many questions....

I seen the tarps in the Niles flipped up today, I hoped someone looked under them. This is how they looked the other day. Today they looked flipped.

It looks like an organization has started a petition to hold the hayward police department accountable for neglect; refusal to prioritize crimes against women...

https://www.change.org/petitions/ho...k&utm_source=share_petition&utm_term=own_wall

I signed it and hope others on here will too.

I signed it and I'll tell you why. I'm not entirely sure about the whole race/gender thing with this petition but I will say that too many homicides and crimes are going by the wayside here in Hayward. I know we are stretched for dollars but SOMETHING AND SOMEONE has to stand up and demand some accountability here for pursuing the criminal elements. Out of a possible 100 rating nationwide (100 being best),Hayward is ranking a dismal 20. Not acceptable.

EDITED TO BRING UP ANOTHER QUESTION: Earlier on the police said someone made a call from Michelle's phone on SATURDAY. This really has me stumped now.
"Police are also tracing calls made with Le's cellphone. They say that the last calls from that phone were made around noon on Saturday. "

The phone calls in Reno and Arizona are to lead you off the path. The last cell repeater is important. If they abducted and couldn't find the cell phone, could that lead you in the one way direction from Niles Canyon east. If that is the case is this a abduction/kidnapping/to end a revenge. The cops know who did it but they can't prove it. When someone steals your boyfriend, the resent and the hate manifests. Especially if he was your white picket fence. Something to think about.
