I received a text alert via KFIAM640 earlier this evening, but this is my 1st chance to post. This link above was posted via CARIIS on the Eliot Rodger thread. :tyou: CARIIS.

Here is the full story via KFI Los Angeles. The eyewitness account are horrific. No word on injuries on the ground. I can't imagine the people in the homes coming our unscathed. raying:

Incredibly, no one on the ground was hurt! I wish I had been able to snip the original article, as it contained detailed accounts, and stated this was the second crash of an aircraft from the base in Yuma, AZ. The last one was out in an uninhibited area.

The new article is much less revealing.

I saw an amazing picture of the houses on fire this (my) morning - I could not believe no-one was hurt.

I'll get some links. The pilot ejected and it looks like sheer luck no-one was hurt on the ground.
