Berkeley police seek missing resident

Mirta Batista-Tatum, 69, was last seen at 11 a.m. at Eighth Street and Dwight Way, police said in an alert Tuesday night.

Police, who released several images of Batista-Tatum, said she had been wearing a red or orange top, leather vest, white jacket and long black skirt.
