On Tuesday November 11, 2018 Officers were dispatched to the 500 block of E. Jefferson in reference to a missing person. Upon arrival officers made contact with female complainant who stated that her brother Juan Rocha had been missing. Complainant stated that Mr. Rocha was last seen Sunday November 11, 2018 at approximately 10 A.M. at O’Rielly's Auto parts located at 1902 TX Hwy 100 in Port Isabel, Tx. Mr. Rocha was heading back to Houston, Tx in a blue with white stripe Harley Davidson bearing Texas License Plates 4WG-636. Mr. Rocha was last seen wearing blue jeans, black leather jacket, with a dark blue rain coat, and full face mask with a skull. Mr. Rocha is approximately 5’06 weighing 160lbs and long black and white beard.
