Hello everyone. I'm just following along, but this case is SO intriguing! I'm hooked. I really don't know what to think. Yikes! I wish I was smart enough to figure this one out. As I often say on these threads, I definitely need more coffee!!
The plaintiff wasn't granted any money. This is the money he was requesting as damages when he filed the lawsuit.I have reached out to a San Jose history group. Someone posted a pic of the restaurant on there, so hopefully it will ring a bell.
By the way,View attachment 536055 I noticed the restaurant filed for bankruptcy in 1981. In the court document the plaintiff was granted a lot of money. Could she be in on it? Why would she deny a second plate if the sign said “all you can eat”? Can we find a relationship between the plaintiff and her?
Multiple people, including you, have contacted the police and coroner about her being a possible match I don’t believe anyone has heard a clear yes or no. She also isn’t listed on the rule out list. What can we do about that, because I strongly believe it could be her.I didn't end up contacting LE because I was looking at Frosty Lee, not Frosty Jan. I think it's just a weird coincidence. Frosty Lee does resemble Debra Frost, though.
To clarify, I did NOT contact police about her being a match to Debra Lee Frost. They are NOT a match. Debra was 17 in 1984 when she went missing. Frosty was already in California for at least three years, and clearly an adult. She was working as a restaurant manager in 1981 when Debra would have been only 14 years old.Multiple people, including you, have contacted the police and coroner about her being a possible match I don’t believe anyone has heard a clear yes or no. FL probably stands for Family Law, not FloridaI have a question for people who understand court documents better than me:
If this case, Don v Frosty, is in san joqauin CA, why does it seem to state Florida??

Unfortunately it's not her. Frosty has been around since 81-83 , there's a picture of her in 89 I think and looks nothing alike, sorry xCame across Robin’s NamUs today and she reminded me of Frosty. She hasn’t been mentioned yet and interestingly, she was last known to be in Modesto. Her photo must be from around 1995.

“Robin Fairbanks lives a transient lifestyle and has not spoken with the reporting party since 1995. She was last known to be in Modesto, California but may have traveled to Lake Tahoe.”
