Sorry if this Doe has a thread. I just couldn't find any mention of it at all no matter how hard I searched.

I feel like the best match to a missing person here is Sharmeil Burris, a women who was last seen in August 1995 in Los Angeles. She bears a good resemblance to the reconstruction.

I haven't been able to submit her. I tried with NamUs but no response. Can anyone either provide an email or submit it themselves? If you can, thank you!

Another potential is Shelli Prince but she went missing longer before September 1995 and the height is slightly off. While it's possible, I think Sharmeil matches a bit better.

I'll try it but I feel like they're just gonna ask me to contact them via phone, which I'm not really comfortable with.

I would stress that you are not associated with the case other than having come across both UP & MP and then provide all info you can, highlighting the similarities that caused you to contact them.

They will then either proceed to check on her or ignore your email. I've learned that in both cases you'll likely not get an answer.

If you feel uneasy about it, write to the namus regional contact instead or submit it as a potential match to doenetwork.org.

I tried the NamUs contact, they seemingly didn't do anything. Sharmeil has no Doe Network profile. If she did, she'd already have been submitted.
