So - if you see anything on "what" might have happened at her Preliminary hearing - please post.

I didn't realize her cases were filed under Murguia, Heather Marie, not Langdon.

Oh - sorry - I too did not know she was under a different name. In the jail site she is under Langdon!

*Review Hearing (@ 8:30am PT) – CA- Mason & Maddox Murguia (10 mos.) (found Dec. 6, 2018, at Virginia Motor Lodge Motel in Tulare) - *Heather Marie Langdon (Murguia) (37/now 38) arrested & charged (12/6/18) & arraigned (12/10/18) with 2 counts of 1st degree murder, 2 counts of assault on a child causing death & the special circumstances that multiple murders were committed. Plead not guilty. Held without bond. DA will seek DP.
Drowned her twins in motel bathtub. Their 1st birthdays would have been on 1/12/19. Faces life without the possibility of parole or DP.
12/10/18 Update: Arraignment: Plead not guilty. DA will seek DP. Next pre-preliminary hearing on 12/12. 12/12/18: Next Readiness Conference hearing on 6/6 & Preliminary hearing on 6/14/19.
4/12/20 Update: Next preliminary hearing on 6/16/20. 6/16/20 Update: No info on preliminary hearing, review hearing on 6/22/20 & jail site shows hearing on 8/19/20 as does court site.

The hearing yesterday was continued by the DA to 10/23/2020 at 8:30 am. It’s called a Hearing - Other Status of Transport. Not sure exactly what that means but I do see that she was found not guilty by reason of insanity last year on November 8, 2019 by a Judge in a Court Trial. The reminder of the hearings are to determine her placement due to that insanity finding.

She is no longer in the jail site - so I will have to wait for @MsMarple to let me know IF this is still a "go" for today.
