According to jail logs from the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department, DiAngelo faces charges including sexual intercourse with a child 10 years or younger, child cruelty and sexual assault of a minor.

A neighbor said that after speaking to media during a raid of DiAngelo’s home, alleged victims began reaching out to her to share their own accounts of abuse — including a woman who said she was DiAngelo’s second wife.

The woman, Megan Boggs, shared photos that show her alleged early relationship with DiAngelo. She said that she barely escaped the relationship and tried to warn multiple agencies about DiAngelo.

The arrest happened early Thursday morning near Larkdale Avenue and Murray Ridge, where residents woke up to a large law enforcement presence, including undercover detectives and police officers surrounding a home.

“You have that sense of security, and it’s scary,” neighbor Destiny Smith said.

they need to change the wording of their charges IMO
it is not 'sexual intercourse with' - that makes it sound voluntary on the part of the victim

This was l my exact same thought. I know somewhere someone thought that wording accurately described the act that happened (obviously any sexual contact with a child 10 and under is a crime), but it just makes it sound like they were on a date. Surely, no one is charged with sexual intercourse with an adult 18 and over, it’s rape or sexual assault. I understand the technical reason it’s worded that way, but it very much minimises the seriousness of the crime.

He's on his third marriage, not know if that wife had children. Proves that living on a military installation is not as safe as would seem.

Curious about the female assault victims (adults) now coming out since he has been arrested. Some of them reported, but evidently nothing was ever done!!? I hope there are no additional child victims
