From the little I've read about the proceedings so far, it seems to me that the prosecution is doing well. I know, the trial won't even start for probably years yet, but the little I've read has given me a bit of confidence that some small justice may come for the families, eventually. I hope.

I haven't seen any. If the "drunk driver" headline is based upon the words of a friend or witness at the scene, I think that's a premature conclusion. Something horrible happened, but I think even a drunk person would reflexively break when seeing an intersection full of cars three lanes deep. I really hope there is some other explanation. MOO

Not that it matters as far as her criminal wrong dids..but the fire that erupted is kinda interesting . I dont think I have ever seen a case with a fire expert or car crash expert testify to detailed information in a case before. Most likely those experts testify in civil trials, I guess.
