*Trial Readiness Conference Hearing (@ 8:30am PT) – CA – Noah McIntosh (8) (last seen about Feb. 24, 2019, died about Mar. 3 or 4, reported missing Mar. 12, 2019, Corona; not found yet) – *Bryce Daniel McIntosh (32/now 37) “father” arrested (3/13/19), charged (3/15/19) & arraigned (4/8/19) with felony willful child cruelty & dependent child abuse. Charged (3/28/19) & arraigned (4/3/19) & indicted (12/11/20) with additional charges of 1st degree murder & murder (malice) special circumstance murder of torture (this charge malice murder was dismissed). Plead not guilty. No bond (was $1M bond). Eligible for DP. DA will seek DP.

If he grants the motion, the public defender is removed from the case & the judge will appoint an alternate public defender. If the judge denies the motion, then the public defender remains as the defendant's lawyer.
*Jillian Marie Godfrey (36/now 41) “mother” – 12/19/19: Plead guilty to willful child cruelty. Sentencing hearing date on 5/3/24. Was released from custody on own recognizance.

Thanks for this - but I can "see" this - the jail site. What I can not get into is the actual court site for Riverside County - there it will tell you "what" the hearing is called. You know, like pretrial or motions, etc. :)

I didn't see anything on that page either and I don't know how to search the Riverside records. I'm sure @kkdj will respond with real info.

Holy heck this just drags on . Noah needs justice already I hate that the egg donor gets a deal she's just as guilty to let this happen. What they did to this boy are the things written in horror novels. Jmoo

And his remains have never been found. The thought of him laying out there somewhere just eats me alive.

Come on get this trial rolling. I'm typically against the DP, but in this case where it is factually known and the extreme circumstances of the abuse of a child, I say GO FOR IT State.

BM has been sitting in jail 5 years (in March) while poor Noah's body has never been found and laid to rest properly. I have no sympathy for this Bio s perm donor. What he did (and Bio Mom too) deserves the ultimate punishment IMO.

I said 2024 was going to be my year, so I am holding onto to faith that this takes place in April. This monster needs to be brought to justice.
