Friday, January 24th:
*Trial Readiness Conference Hearing (@ 8:30am PT) – CA – Noah McIntosh (8) (last seen about Feb. 24, 2019, died about Mar. 3 or 4, reported missing Mar. 12, 2019, Corona; not found yet) – *Bryce Daniel McIntosh (32/now 38) “father” arrested (3/13/19), charged (3/15/19) & arraigned (4/8/19) with felony willful child cruelty & dependent child abuse. Charged (3/28/19) & arraigned (4/3/19) & indicted (12/11/20) with additional charges of 1st degree murder & murder (malice) special circumstance murder of torture (this charge malice murder was dismissed). Plead not guilty. No bond (was $1M bond). Eligible for DP. DA will seek DP. Riverside County
Trial was set to begin on 6/10/24 was continued with no further dates.
Judge Charles J. Koosed presiding. DA Nicolaus Peterson. McIntosh pro se.

12/6/24 Update: Trial readiness conference hearing was reset on 1/24/25 @ 8:30am.
*Jillian Marie Godfrey (36/now 42) “mother” – 12/19/19: Plead guilty to willful child cruelty. Sentencing hearing date on 2/21/25. Was released from custody on own recognizance on 10/15/20.

Godfrey says 3/2/19 is the last time she saw Noah. 11 yr. old daughter in CPS custody.
Godfrey plead guilty (12/19/19) & was released from custody (10/15/20) on own recognizance.

Please let this trial move forward. Justice for Noah has been denied far too long and the monster bio dad has played the system long enough.

It still galls me that bio Mom plead Guilty to Child Endangerment and has been out free on PR since 2020. WTAHeck? She walked away knowing and hearing what was happening to her own son and the pain that was being inflicted upon him. Sickening.

My wish was that they both never see a free day again, but I guess bio Mom turned State's Witness? Oh so wrong IMO that these kind of deals have to be made.

The most humane thing bio Dad could do is to plead Guilty and reveal the location of Noah's remains and let what is left of his broken little body be laid to rest properly. Yet we know he's not humane though or this thread wouldn't exist.

I guess he's just a big, tough man when he's abusing and ultimately murdering a child, his own flesh and blood. I hope they lock him up and throw away the key and that he finds himself on the receiving end of some of the same type of punishment he dealt out so freely to poor Noah. I'm sorry, but that's how I truly feel.
