When is that sorry piece of walking skin bio dad going to trial???? It's been 6 damn years, justice delayed is justice denied. We are waaaaay past delayed.

Honestly this little guy needs justice already. Just delay after delay. We know they will never be able to lay Noah to rest but they can at least give him the justice he deserves. I wish they would give Jillian more jail time then they will. She deserves the DP as much as bryce

Agree, Noah had a loving home environment with his grandparents until J & B decided they wanted him back. Not out of love, no way, probably out of financial gain somehow or to deliberately hurt J's parents.

Everyone lost, most importantly little Noah. It truly breaks my heart.

He has been pro se - but got counsel on 3/25/25 & it is a Death penalty case. And of course... California! Just ask @JoeFromLB !

Maybe @kkdj - can see what it says in the court site. Also can you check on Godfrey, she was supposed to be sentenced on 2/21 - so thinking it was cancelled. TIA!

I have a feeling Godfrey has made some sort of a deal and is going to testify for the state. Makes me mad thinking this tho as she allowed her own son to be tortured and to death and should be severely punished. moo

Totally agree - and she's been out of jail since Oct. 2020.... And yes I have that in my notes - she is to testify for the state. And as far as I can see she has not been sentenced yet. I believe they keep moving it - because the trial keeps moving...
