Still Missing CA - Noah McIntosh, 8, Corona, early March 2019 *parents arrested* *Godfrey guilty* #2

Nooooooooo, please, please don't let that be true. She must serve prison time surely, she knowingly allowed her son to be murdered and walked out without a care never contacting authorities.

I will be devastated if she doesn't get a prison sentence too. But we have seen LE make a deal with the devil to convict the main perpetrator.

I keep thinking she perhaps had a drug issue and he gave her drugs for her addiction and had her leave. I've suspected that from the start. Because a normal mother just wouldn't leave her child to be subjected to abuse.

Charged (3/28/19) & arraigned (4/3/19) & indicted (12/11/20) with additional charges of 1st degree murder & murder (malice) special circumstance murder of torture (this charge malice murder was dismissed). Plead not guilty. No bond (was $1M bond). Eligible for DP. DA will seek DP. Riverside County
Trial was set to begin on 5/12/25 was vacated [4/1/25] & continued on 7/17/25.
Judge Matthew Perantoni presiding. DA Niolaus Peterson. McIntosh pro se. Now [3/25/25] has Counsel (no name given]

I always check on this case when I come back here after time away. There are a few that haunt me. This is one for sure. My heart breaks over what this poor boy endured. I keep hoping Noah and his family will get some justice.
