*Trial Readiness Conference Hearing (@ 8:30am PT) – CA – Noah McIntosh (8) (last seen about Feb. 24, 2019, died about Mar. 3 or 4, reported missing Mar. 12, 2019, Corona; not found yet) – *Bryce Daniel McIntosh (32/now 38) “father” arrested (3/13/19), charged (3/15/19) & arraigned (4/8/19) with felony willful child cruelty & dependent child abuse. Charged (3/28/19) & arraigned (4/3/19) & indicted (12/11/20) with additional charges of 1st degree murder & murder (malice) special circumstance murder of torture (this charge malice murder was dismissed). Plead not guilty. No bond (was $1M bond). Eligible for DP. DA will seek DP. Riverside County
Trial was set to begin on 7/17/25 was cancelled. No idea why.
Judge Matthew Perantoni presiding. DA Niolaus Peterson. McIntosh pro se. Now [3/25/25] has Counsel (no name given]

7/17/25 Update: Motion hearing to reconsider. 7/17/25 Thursday, Trial was supposed to begin. But no info on why cancelled. Next trial readiness hearing continued on 8/25/25 @ 8:30am.
8/25/25 Update: Next trial readiness conference hearing on 9/9/25 @ 8:30am.
*Jillian Marie Godfrey (36/now 42) “mother” – 12/19/19: Plead guilty to willful child cruelty. Sentencing hearing date on 2/21/25. Was released from custody on own recognizance on 10/15/20.

What the ever loving heck is going on here???? Why is this Defendant still sitting in jail, not tried and not sentenced? It is an outrage and slap in the face to Justice for poor Noah. It makes my blood boil thinking about this child murderer playing his courtroom games for almost 6 years.

Noah was a real, innocent, beautiful child. A person who mattered, and was loved (especially by his Maternal GP's). They all deserve JUSTICE and this bio sperm donor needs to be sentenced to prison. No more playing the system, I hope they give him the DP if it's still on the table.
