*Trial Readiness Hearing (@ 9am PT) – CA – Noah McIntosh (8) (last seen about Feb. 24, 2019, died about Mar. 3 or 4, reported missing Mar. 12, 2019, Corona; not found yet) – *Bryce Daniel McIntosh (32/now 39) “father” arrested (3/13/19), charged (3/15/19) & arraigned (4/8/19) with felony willful child cruelty & dependent child abuse. Charged (3/28/19) & arraigned (4/3/19) & indicted (12/11/20) with additional charges of 1st degree murder & murder (malice) special circumstance murder of torture (this charge malice murder was dismissed). Plead not guilty. No bond (was $1M bond). Eligible for DP. DA will seek DP. Riverside County
Trial was set to begin on 7/17/25 was cancelled. No idea why.
Judge Matthew Perantoni presiding. DA Niolaus Peterson. McIntosh pro se. Now [3/25/25] has Counsel (no name given]

This is beyond pathetic. This bio s p e r m donor needs to get to Court. He's been waiting and playing the system almost as long as little Noah was alive. Gaaaaaah, it makes me so angry.

Noah McIntosh: Riverside Co. mother to be sentenced in death of 8-year-old son. This is all I found from 2023 . I think they were waiting for the sperm donor trial to finish before she was sentenced because of her plea deal. My opinion the egg bearer didn't deserve a deal she allowed this to happen. Noah's story gives me nightmares my heart breaks knowing he lived it. I wish he could be sentenced to death and quit tying up the court space already . Give him his number and send him to the bowels of the penitentiary never to hear his name again. Just my very honest opinion
